Your bike has doors? Also, it looked like the blue guy tapped you as he went by.

Ha, yea that’s my mom’s favorite part. It’s because the pickup for the speedo is on the front sprocket cover, whiiiiiiiiich I don’t have on the bike. And the honest answer to that is I don’t know why. It was like that when I got it and the guy I got it from was an expert racer so I always assumed he had a good reason haha.

Not anymore it doesn’t! Da-dum-tish. Nah he didn’t. I get little power wheelies coming over the hill and the camera is on the top of my triple forks. So, when I come over the hill and the front tire picks up off the ground it’ll turn a little bit then go straight again when it comes back down. That straight isn’t totally straight so I usually have a little input in the bars to kinda move the bike a little to the right.

It is hallett motor racing circuit about 30-40 min outside of Tulsa. “Skillz” Ha! Good one, I wish haha. I’m not terrible at least.

Why is your brake or clutch reservoir bouncing so much!

In the first video it was because the metal was fatigued and about to break. In the second video it was because the bracket actually broke and all that was holding it on was the hose to the master cylinder. Fortunately the throttle cables run right underneath it and it was sitting on top of them rather than dangling straight down.

We haven’t had a speedo in any of the racecars we’ve raced, I kinda like it. It makes it a lot more about finding the limit and less about freaking yourself out over how fast you’re coming into a corner.

Honestly I don’t have it hooked up because it wasn’t when I bought it haha. It ties into a sensor on the front sprocket cover which isn’t on the bike right now. Plus it would be wrong anyway since the gearing is changed. Plus plus I’d never see it on track anyways. Racers don’t care about it, it’s only the people who watch the videos lol.
